Zombie Assault: Resurgence released on October 28, 2026. These are regional store observations, not a global price or a continuing offer. Ninja Kiwi’s product page links to the PC and mobile editions. No PlayStation, Xbox or Switch listing was found in the publisher links checked; that does not rule out a future announcement. Steam lists no native Linux build. Cross-platform multiplayer does not establish shared purchases or cross-save.

Version, download size and PC storage

Apple’s listing shows iOS version 1.1 and a displayed size of 2.4 GB. Its US Lookup API records 2,435,180,544 bytes, a version release date of October 28, 2026 and iOS 18.0 minimum. These are Apple source only; the web display is rounded by Apple. They are not the Android size or the space needed after installation.

Steam’s requirements specify 4 GB available storage, Windows 10 or macOS 13 minimum, and Apple M1 for the Mac minimum. Steam source only: available storage is not a measured download. Google Play shows an October 28 update, but no reliably readable version or package size in this check. No current Steam build number was established.

Which class and weapon should you start with?

Ninja Kiwi advertises over 60 primary and secondary weapons, strongboxes, gear modification, vendor reputation rewards and temporary power weapons from supply drops (Steam loadout description; publisher source only). Demo availability and save transfer

The Steam demo listing is separate from the paid game. The January 30, 2026 Dev Diary #13 describes the Next Fest demo with three classes and a level cap of 12, limited Common/Uncommon equipment and social features. These are Ninja Kiwi source only demo details, not the full-game cap or a promise that the demo remains downloadable in every region.

The cited announcement does not promise ordinary demo progress will transfer. Its Morlok Frostbite participation reward is a separate entitlement, later confirmed in the March 3 challenge result. A reward announcement is not proof of character or inventory transfer.

Launch reviews, news and player activity

The Steam storefront displayed Mostly Positive, 70% of 115 reviews during this October 29 check; the appdetails API still returned 113 recommendations. Resurgence, SAS5 and common misspellings

The published title is Zombie Assault: Resurgence. Searches such as “sas4 resurgence”, “resurgance” or “resurgent” can refer to it, but it is a separate game from SAS4.
