SAS4 builds: complete Assault, Heavy and Medic skill allocations
Last checked 2026-10-29. Claims link the source that supports them.
The three balanced builds below each spend 100 points. They reproduce the allocations in WymiataczM’s Skill builds with description, last updated July 2, 2022 and reviewed October 29, 2026. They are usable community reference builds, not a claim of a newly tested 2026 meta. The exact allocations have one source; SAS 4 BIBLE independently supports several early skill priorities, but does not confirm these exact splits.

Allocation source: WymiataczM’s balanced builds. “Speed” and “Reload” in that guide are written here as Movement Speed and Fast Reload to match the wiki skill names. The wiki records 100 total points, one point per level and a per-skill cap of 25. It also says a new character’s initial point is already invested in its first class skill: count that point within the allocation, not in addition to it. These system limits are single-source wiki details.
What to prioritize before the final allocation
The BIBLE’s beginner section emphasizes Adrenaline, reload and movement for Assault; Hold the Line, movement and Tough Body for Heavy; and Medkit, Biocleanse Bomb, movement and reload for Medic. Treat those as an early progression route toward a chosen build, rather than trying to fill every end-game row at once. The level directory records level 100 as the cap (single wiki source).
Keep the Medic disagreement visible: BIBLE’s early advice stops Medkit at 13, while the balanced build above puts 25 into it. Those are different authors’ allocations and stages of play; 13 is not the skill’s maximum. Choose a direction before using a reset. The wiki describes one free skill reset per character; no current regional price for later resets is asserted here.
Reload stacking and the meaning of “cap”
The build guide and wiki notes describe multiplicative reload reductions. The guide explicitly attributes its formula to the wiki, so these are one originating source, not independent corroboration. The wiki’s Fast Reload formula is 1 − 0.965n, where n is invested points. Several reductions therefore should not simply be added together to assume instant reload.
The older BIBLE calls some equipment combinations “capped,” but that phrase does not establish a universal maximum percentage. Reload points in the table are the build author’s choices, not a verified global cap. Body Armour Expert requirements also depend on the armor being supported.
Faction armory schedule: a correction to weekly advice
The Faction Armory Schedule says the armory refreshes every two weeks, based on version 1.10.2. Its calendar runs through Q4 2025. This is one author’s historical schedule, not an October 2026 stock forecast; weekly Thursday dates in a calendar must not be treated as proof of weekly inventory replacement.
Use the linked history to understand past appearances of Black Keys, augment cores and equipment. Its public coverage does not identify this week’s stock. For equipment acquisition beyond that historical shop record, use the weapon guide.
Questions on this page
Do these builds use all skill points?
Yes. Each listed balanced allocation totals 100. Exact splits come from one named Steam guide; the wiki supplies the recorded caps.
What is the max level?
The linked wiki level directory records level 100. It is a single community source.
What is the reload cap?
The sources support multiplicative reductions, but do not establish a universal current maximum percentage. The table’s reload points are build choices.
Does the faction shop rotate weekly?
The cited author says every two weeks in version 1.10.2. Its calendar ends in Q4 2025, so it does not establish current 2026 stock.
